Returns/Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days from the date the item was delivered (except for items marked final sale). It must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are waived for all qualifying returns and exchanges within the domestic US. We do not accept any return or exchanges past 30 days. 

Please go to the contact link below or email us at support@myme-me.com and send us a note as to why you are returning or exchanging the product and we will send you an email with return/exchange instructions including a prepaid shipping label.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped at the average Flat Rate via USPS First Class 2 to 5 day delivery to destinations within the United States, unless otherwise selected. Free shipping applies on all orders within the continental US greater than $50. International shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.

Foreign shipments are handled individually and appropriate shipping charges are billed to the customer.

All products are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment Monday through Friday, excluding common holidays.

Tracking numbers are provided by the shipping carrier and are emailed to the customer at time of shipment automatically.
